Post conversion and e-mail notification parameters

As mentioned in the previous topic, additional parameters can be passed to a post conversion event. They include:

Watch Folder, Source and Destination details

%watch_name%

Displays the name of the Watch which has generated the event.

%error%

Displays the particular error message which has been generated during the conversion and can be used with the Email on error notification only.

%check_results%

Displays the results of the Quality Control job in-line in notification's message.

%src_file%

Displays the input (source) file name without extension.

%src_folder%

Displays the full path to the folder containing the input files. The path is without trailing "\".

%dest_file%

Displays the output (destination) file name without the extension.

%dest_folder%

Displays the full path to the folder containing the output file. The path is without trailing "\".

General information and statistics

%frameRate%

Frame Rate as read from the source file.

%MediaStartTC%

The available in the source file video's start timecode (aka Programme Start).

%TimecodeFormat%

The respective timecode format: 25, 30DF, 30, 24, 48,  50, 60DF, 60 as read from the source file.

%FirstInCue%

First subtitle's In-cue.

%LastOutCue%

Last subtitle's Out-cue

%SubtitlesCount%

Total number of subtitles in the file.

%ActiveSubtitles%

Total number of active (not hidden or invalid) subtitles in the file.

%NumberOfRows%

Total number of text lines in the file.

%NumberOfWords%

Total number of words in the file.

%NumberOfChars%

Total number of characters in the file.

%SubtitlesWithoutText%

Total number of subtitles without text.

%SubtitlesWithoutTC%

Total number of subtitles without cues (both the In- and Out-cues are empty).

%HiddenSubtitles%

Total number of hidden subtitles.

%InsertedSubtitles%

Number of inserted/indexed subtitles: 1a, 2b,3c, etc.

%InvalidSubtitles%

Total number of invalid (missing In or Out-cues, inconsistent cues, etc) subtitles.

%TotalSubtitlesTime%

Total duration of all subtitles in the file.

Metadata

%Title%

Programme's title as read from the source file. Outputs %original_title%, see below, when the source is .ezt or .eztxml or %translated_title%, when %original_title% isn't specified.

%original_title%

Available as part of the metadata carried by .ezt and .eztxml projects as well as few other subtitling formats.

%translated_title%

Available as part of the metadata carried by .ezt and .eztxml projects as well as few other subtitling formats.

%Lang%

Microsoft Language ID read from the source file. It may come from few different sources depending on the source subtitling format:

The ISO language code or xml:lang  read from the source file are converted to Microsoft Language ID.

Outputs the available %translated_lang% if ISO language code or xml:lang are not specified in the source.

Outputs the available %original_lang% if %translated_lang% isn't specified in the source.

%original_lang%

Available as part of the metadata carried by .ezt and .eztxml projects as well as few other subtitling formats.

%translated_lang%

Available as part of the metadata carried by .ezt and .eztxml projects as well as few other subtitling formats.

%ISOLang%

The ISO Language Code or xml:lang specified in the source file.

%Episode%

Episode number. Outputs %original_episode%, see below, when the source is .ezt or .eztxml or %translated_episode%, when %original_episode% isn't specified.

%original_episode%

Available as part of the metadata carried by .ezt and .eztxml projects as well as few other subtitling formats.

%translated_episode%

Available as part of the metadata carried by .ezt and .eztxml projects as well as few other subtitling formats.

%translator_name%

Translator's name as read from the source file.

%translator_id%

Translator's ID as read from the source file.

%TranslatorContact%

Translator's contacts: email, phone number or any other relevant information.

%editor_name%

Editor's name as read from the source file.

%EditorContact%

Editor's contacts: email, phone number or any other relevant information.

%publisher%

Publisher ID, Name or any other relevant information.

%PublisherOrigin%

Publisher's Country of Origin.

%tape_id%

Tape ID.

%comments%

Comments added to the metadata.

%reference_code%

Reference Code or Reel Number.

%revision%

Revision of the source file.
